1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of flyline.it.com and any booking service Flyline provides. By using this site, submitting a request or making a booking, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Our role
Flyline is an independent travel agency. We act as an agent for airlines and other travel suppliers. We are not an airline. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorised to speak for any airline, and we are not the operator of any flight.
The contract of carriage is between you and the airline. Every ticket is governed by that airline’s conditions of carriage and fare rules, which prevail over anything said on this site. Airline names, codes and logos are the property of their owners and appear here only to identify routes and services.
3. Quotes and availability
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. All fares, taxes, schedules and seat availability are subject to change until a ticket is issued and confirmed. A quote is not a reservation. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; a booking exists only once we confirm it in writing and payment has cleared.
Where a price is shown or quoted in error, we will tell you as soon as we discover it and you may either accept the corrected price or cancel for a full refund of anything paid.
4. Fees and payment
Flyline charges a per-passenger service fee in addition to the airline fare and government taxes. Current fee: [INSERT YOUR FEE SCHEDULE, e.g. $35–$75 per passenger depending on itinerary complexity]. The exact fee is disclosed to you before you authorise payment and is itemised separately on your receipt.
We may also receive commission from an airline or supplier. Service fees are non-refundable once a ticket has been issued, including where the airline refunds the fare. Payment is taken by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.
Charges may appear on your statement under our processing descriptor. Raising a chargeback without contacting us first delays resolution — please call us and we will try to sort it out.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us names exactly as they appear on the passport or ID you will travel with. Airlines charge for name corrections and some do not permit them at all.
- Check every detail on the confirmation we send you and tell us immediately if anything is wrong.
- Provide contact details you actually monitor, so we can reach you about schedule changes.
- Be at the airport in time for the airline’s check-in and boarding deadlines.
6. Travel documents, visas and health requirements
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, any required visas or transit visas, and meeting any entry or health requirements for every country on your itinerary, including countries you only transit. Requirements change frequently. We may pass on general information as a courtesy, but it is not advice and you must verify it with the relevant embassy or official government source. Flyline is not liable for denied boarding or entry caused by inadequate documentation.
7. Changes, cancellations and refunds
These are governed by the fare rules of the ticket you bought, plus our own handling charges. Full detail is in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flyline is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, overbookings, schedule changes, insolvency, equipment failures or service standards of any airline or other supplier, nor for events outside our reasonable control including weather, industrial action, air traffic restrictions, civil unrest, epidemic and government action.
Our total liability arising out of or connected with our services is limited to the service fees you paid us for the booking in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, missed connections not booked through us, or lost enjoyment.
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Airline liability for international carriage is governed by the Montreal and Warsaw Conventions.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip.
9. Intellectual property
The design, text and code of this site belong to Flyline or its licensors. Third-party names, trademarks and images remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification or under licence. You may not copy or reuse site content without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to submit false or automated enquiries, scrape data, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access. We may refuse service and block access where we reasonably suspect misuse.
11. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts of San Francisco County, California have jurisdiction. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved on a single phone call. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws in your country of residence.
