Who we are
Flyline is an independent travel agency. We help travellers find, book and fix air itineraries — by phone, with a person on the other end, at any hour.
We are not an airline. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any airline. What we do is sit between you and the airline: searching inventory you cannot easily see, explaining fare rules in plain language, and doing the queueing when something goes wrong.

What we charge
Quotes are free. If you book, we add a per-passenger service fee to the airline fare and taxes, disclosed before you pay and itemised on your receipt. We may also earn commission from airlines and suppliers. That is the whole model — there is nothing else in it.
How we handle your details
We use what you give us to quote your trip and contact you about it, and for nothing else. We do not sell personal information. You can ask us to delete your data or stop contacting you at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
