Routes we quote most
Fares change by the minute — we quote live availability on the call.
How it works
Three steps, one phone call.
No account to create, no card details up front. You only pay once you’ve seen the fare, the fee and the fare rules in writing.
-
STEP 01
Send your route
Fill in the trip request, or call us directly. Dates, cities, how many people — that’s all we need to start.
-
STEP 02
We search and call back
An agent checks live availability across our airline and consolidator partners, then calls you with the shortlist and what each option actually costs.
-
STEP 03
Confirm and fly
Approve the itinerary and we issue the ticket. You get the confirmation, the airline record locator and the fare rules by email.
Where people are going
Destinations our agents book every week.
London
Year-round nonstops from most US hubs
Dubai
Long-haul premium cabins, often on sale
Paris
Shoulder-season fares from April and October
New York
Three airports — we compare all of them
Tokyo
Complex multi-city itineraries welcome
Rome
Open-jaw routings across Italy and Greece
Why call an agent
A search box can’t argue with an airline.
Booking sites are fine until something changes. Our value shows up on the awkward trips — the multi-city routing, the schedule change at midnight, the visa transit question.
Reachable at 3am
Delays and cancellations don’t keep office hours. Our line is staffed every day of the year.
Wider than one site
We check published airline fares alongside consolidator and negotiated inventory that comparison sites don’t list.
Changes handled for you
Date changes, name corrections, refund requests — we deal with the airline so you don’t sit in a queue.
Priced in the open
The airline fare, the taxes and our service fee are quoted separately before you authorise any payment.
Pricing
How Flyline makes money.
Advertising platforms and consumer regulators both expect this stated plainly, and so do travellers. Here it is.
Our service fee
Getting a quote is free and carries no obligation. If you decide to book through us, Flyline charges a per-passenger service fee in addition to the airline’s fare and government taxes. The fee is quoted to you verbally and in writing before you authorise payment, and it appears as a separate line on your receipt.
Flyline may also receive a commission from an airline or supplier on some bookings. Our service fee is not refundable once a ticket has been issued, even where the airline refunds the fare. Airline fares, taxes and change or cancellation charges are set by the airline and governed by that airline’s fare rules, which we send you with your confirmation.
Replace this paragraph with your actual fee schedule (for example “$35–$75 per passenger depending on itinerary complexity”) before you send paid traffic here. A fee disclosure with no number in it is the most common reason travel landing pages get flagged.
Ready when you are.
Lines are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.
Questions
Before you call.
Is Flyline an airline?
No. Flyline is an independent travel agency. We sell and service air tickets issued by airlines. We are not an airline, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorised to act on behalf of any airline. Airline names, codes and logos used anywhere on this site are the property of their owners and appear only to describe routes and services.
What does it cost to get a quote?
Nothing. Quotes are free and there is no obligation to book. Standard call charges from your phone provider may apply.
Do you charge a booking fee?
Yes. If you choose to book, we charge a per-passenger service fee on top of the airline fare and taxes. You are told the exact amount before you authorise payment and it is itemised separately on your receipt. See the pricing section above and our Terms & Conditions.
How quickly will someone call me back?
Usually within 15 minutes during the day, and within an hour overnight. If you need an answer immediately, calling us is faster than the form.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
In most cases yes, subject to the airline’s fare rules, which vary widely between tickets. Some fares are fully non-refundable. We tell you the rules that apply to your specific ticket before you pay. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What happens to the details I submit?
We use them to prepare your quote and contact you about it. We do not sell personal information. You can ask us to delete your data or stop contacting you at any time by emailing support@flyline.it.com. Our Privacy Policy sets out the detail, including your rights under GDPR and US state privacy laws.
Why did you call me?
We only call people who submitted a trip request on this site and ticked the consent box, or who called us first. If you’d like us to stop, tell the agent or email support@flyline.it.com and we’ll add you to our internal do-not-call list.
